CHALLENGE /

This exclusive high-end residential building lies on one of Sahel Alma's most splendid hills and overlooks the valley and the sea at the horizon. The main challenge was to create a modern and contemporary building without it being alien to its surroundings.

 

CONCEPT /

Housing a 240 m² apartment on the first basement floor level, two 240 m² apartments on each of the five typical floor levels, and a 480 m² penthouse on the sixth floor level, The Grid 909 stands out through the architectonics of its two intertwined volumes, a stone and wood cladded one dominant on the eastern façade, as well as a plaster and paint and steel and glass one highlighting the western façade.
