Located in the Al Rawdhah district at the heart of Jeddah, this residential complex is conceived as a contemporary urban development that distinguishes itself through clarity of planning, material expression, and integrated outdoor living. The project responds to its dense urban context by introducing a cohesive yet dynamic architectural language across multiple building typologies.
The development comprises four independent structures, including a private villa of approximately 780 m², a residential building with a single large apartment per floor, and two additional buildings with dual apartments per level. Each residential block is topped with duplex villas and expansive terraces, maximizing the use of rooftop space and enhancing the overall residential offering.
The architectural expression is defined by a restrained yet distinctive material palette, combining two shades of grey terracotta tiles with textured plaster finishes in warm brick tones. This contrast is used strategically to articulate different program elements while adding depth and rhythm to the façades. Shaded roof gardens and terraces further extend the living spaces outward, reinforcing the project’s focus on comfort, privacy, and contemporary urban living.
