This private residential compound is designed to accommodate multiple members of the Al-Rashed family, comprising six standalone villas differentiated in scale and configuration. The project includes four villas of approximately 1,150 m² and two larger residences of 1,400 m², each tailored to individual family needs while maintaining a cohesive architectural language across the development.
The masterplan is driven by the need to balance privacy with connectivity, particularly among the four villas intended for close family members. Each unit is conceived as an independent residence, yet positioned to allow for potential physical and visual integration—enabling shared use of outdoor spaces when desired without compromising autonomy.
The larger villas adopt a courtyard-based typology, organizing primary living spaces around internal gardens and swimming pools that extend across ground and lower levels. The four smaller villas are individually structured around gallery-like spatial sequences, while collectively forming a broader courtyard composition. When combined, these residences can operate as a unified cluster, overlooking interconnected landscaped areas and pools, creating a flexible living environment that supports both private and shared family life.
