This residential compound is located in the emerging Al Basateen district in northern Jeddah and comprises four villas of approximately 620 m² each, alongside a larger signature villa of 1,290 m². In the absence of strong external views or defining surroundings, the project adopts an inward-focused design approach, prioritizing privacy, spatial quality, and internal experience.
The development is conceived as a collection of introverted residences organized around their own private outdoor environments. Each villa is designed to create a sense of retreat, where the architecture frames and enhances the internal landscape rather than relying on external context.
At the core of each unit is a landscaped rear garden structured around a layered water feature, combining a reflective pool, a lap swimming pool, and a vertical glass waterfall cascading from the upper levels. This composition establishes a calm and immersive atmosphere while acting as the primary visual and spatial anchor for the living areas. A lightweight steel staircase connects the ground-floor outdoor living and dining spaces to the upper terrace, extending the family living areas vertically and reinforcing the continuity between indoor and outdoor environments.
