Located within the “Parks Neighborhood” of Kornet Shehwan, this exclusive residential development occupies a prime, pedestrian-oriented enclave overlooking the Metn valleys. The project responds to a context where recent residential typologies have often lacked coherence, proposing instead a design approach rooted in material authenticity, spatial clarity, and sensitivity to the surrounding natural landscape.

The scheme comprises six standalone villas, conceived as a cohesive collection that balances individuality with a unified architectural language. The design draws directly from its setting, emphasizing a strong relationship with the terrain and preserving the visual and environmental quality that defines the area.

Materiality plays a central role, with natural stone and wood forming the primary architectural expression, complemented by integrated greenery that provides shading and reinforces the connection to nature—particularly along the southern façades. Each villa, approximately 625 m², is organized to maximize outdoor living, with kitchens and family areas opening onto private gardens. Above, open-plan reception and dining spaces are designed to capture natural light and views, while the upper levels accommodate four-bedroom suites, ensuring a clear hierarchy between social and private domains.
