Courtyard by Marriott at Al Marjan Island is positioned as one of the early hospitality developments within the emerging island destination, benefiting from a prime waterfront plot with uninterrupted sea views on both sides and direct access to the public beach. The project plays a key role in establishing the hospitality offering of the island, responding to the growing demand for branded mid-scale resorts in Ras Al Khaimah.
The development is structured to optimize views, density, and operational efficiency, combining hotel rooms and serviced residences within a unified architectural system. Its configuration maximizes frontage toward the water while ensuring clear circulation and separation between guest and residential components.
The design is organized across four tiers, comprising a total of 634 bays that generate 180 hotel keys and 275 residences. The inner tiers open onto a central landscaped courtyard—an interpretation of the brand’s identity—featuring an open-air garden that acts as a social and visual focal point for the development. The outer tiers respond to the organic geometry of the plot, adopting a fluid, undulating form that reinforces the project’s relationship with the coastline and enhances its visual presence along the waterfront.
