Dimple Tower is a four-star hospitality development strategically located along two major highways defining the edge of Abuja’s Central Business District. Positioned at a highly visible and accessible gateway to the city, the project responds to the growing demand for quality hospitality assets driven by Abuja’s rapid urban expansion and increasing business activity.

The development is conceived as a contemporary urban hotel that maximizes both exposure and operational efficiency while delivering a distinctive guest experience. Its location enables strong connectivity to key commercial and administrative nodes, positioning it as a competitive offering within the city’s evolving hospitality landscape.

Architecturally, the design draws from Abuja’s lush natural character, translating it vertically through a series of elevated green terraces. A “park-in-the-sky” strategy is introduced, with landscaped decks integrated at regular intervals—approximately every five floors—creating accessible outdoor spaces for amenities and public areas. This approach enhances the spatial quality of the hotel, improves environmental performance, and establishes a strong visual identity within the skyline.
