This private residential complex is located on one of Lebanon’s most prominent hilltops, commanding uninterrupted 360-degree views over Beirut, the bay of Jounieh, and Mount Lebanon. Delivered as a full turnkey design-and-build project within an accelerated timeframe, the development required a high level of coordination and precision across architecture, interiors, and execution—achieving exceptional standards in both detailing and craftsmanship.

The planning of the residence is driven by its panoramic setting, with the layout and orientation responding directly to the coastal strip extending from Jounieh to Beirut. The architecture frames these views through carefully angled façades and openings, while an infinity-edge swimming pool visually merges with the horizon, reinforcing the dialogue between the built form and its landscape.

The design reflects a refined classical sensibility paired with a contemporary approach to spatial organization, establishing a clear distinction between formal and private domains. The main entrance hall is conceived as a grand double-height volume, where sculptural staircases and a panoramic lift—crafted in glass and gold-plated carved wood—form the focal point of the space. Materiality and lighting are carefully orchestrated, with marble surfaces, chandeliers, and subtle color accents enhancing depth, warmth, and visual richness.

Across the residence, interiors are designed with a high level of customization, from bespoke furniture layouts to intricate detailing in floors, ceilings, and joinery. Formal reception areas emphasize openness and ceremonial gathering, while family spaces adopt a more intimate and relaxed character. The result is a highly curated living environment that combines architectural presence with interior refinement, delivering a residence of enduring quality and distinction.
