CHALLENGE /

Located in Al-Rawdah District at the heart of Jeddah, the complex stands out from its context on every aspect - whether it being in the simplicity and efficiency of its planning, the use of colors and materials, or the introduction of shaded roof gardens and terraces.  

 

CONCEPT /

The project is composed of four independent buildings: a private villa of 780 m², a residential building with one apartment of 490 m² per floor and two other residential buildings with two apartments of 245 m² each per floor, all three buildings topped by duplex villas of 490 m² and their terraces of 245 m². The use of two shades of gray terracotta tiles against the brick colored rough plaster and paint finish reflects the difference in the program and adds dynamism to the overall composition.
